Yes! Our shipping box is a stock FedEx box and will not be obvious as to who it is from. The inner box is a beautiful ring box perfect to use to POP the big question.

I am not going to be home when my package is supposed to arrive, what should I do?

What if my jewelry/diamond gets lost during shipment?
Not to worry. It is very uncommon for this to happen, but if your order was somehow lost in transit before you received it, it is fully insured by us. You are not financially responsible for this happening. We will be in touch on the process and next steps once it is determined lost prior to delivery to you.
When will I get my tracking information?
Tracking information will be sent to the email used to place your order the night before the package ships. All packages are insured and require an adult signature upon delivery.

How do I package my item for return to Diamonds All Day?
Pick up a NEW medium sized box at FedEx (they are free). Place the item and all original packaging in the box along with any grading/certificate paperwork. Include a note with your name and order number. Any promotional items received must be included with your return. Please note that the grading/certificate report carries a $300 replacement fee if lost.
