What if my jewelry/diamond gets lost during shipment?
Not to worry. It is very uncommon for this to happen, but if your order was somehow lost in transit before you received it, it is fully insured by us. You are not financially responsible for this happening. We will be in touch on the process and next steps once it is determined lost prior to delivery to you.
When will I get my tracking information?
Tracking information will be sent to the email used to place your order the night before the package ships. All packages are insured and require an adult signature upon delivery.

How do I package my item for return to Diamonds All Day?
Pick up a NEW medium sized box at FedEx (they are free). Place the item and all original packaging in the box along with any grading/certificate paperwork. Include a note with your name and order number. Any promotional items received must be included with your return. Please note that the grading/certificate report carries a $300 replacement fee if lost.

What is the difference between Lab Grown Diamond and Natural Mined Diamond? Can you tell them apart?
There is no way for the average person to differentiate a natural from a lab-grown diamond. There are no differences to the naked eye. Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds, scientifically, chemically, physically, and optically. You can only separate natural and lab grown diamonds with sophisticated testing by a trained expert
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Depending on the payment type used, it can take up to 7 business days after the item has been received by us and inspected, to receive your refund.
Which shippig methods does Diamonds All Day ship?
We use FedEx Overnight and USPS to send most of our US orders. Diamonds All Day reserves the right to use discretion in any circumstance where it makes more sense to use an alternative delivery method.
How long does it take for home delivery?
Typically you will receive your beautiful finshed ring within 3-6 weeks. For loose stones you may expect delivery 2-12 days. (Times may vary during holidays)
