1.2 Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited methods. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process.

1.3 Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping, please contact our customer support.

1.4 Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

1.5 Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays once products leave our possession.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return.

2.2 Return Process:

  • Contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.

2.3 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

2.4 Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.5 Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact customer support to arrange the exchange process.

2.6 Custom Orders: Customized or engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error.
